Members Present Pamphlets To Church

Fifty-six members of Nest 124, Saginaw, Mich., under the leadership of Board member Shirley Lend, attended a “Polish American Night” Detroit Tigers ballgame at Comerica Park on May 25.
Despite the Cleveland Indians beating the hometown Tigers 7-4, it was a joyful night, highlighted by Polish singers and dancers at the ballpark and a beautiful fireworks display after the game.

May Dinner Helped by
2006 Sauerkraut Workshop

Caption: When enlarged, pictured above is a Nest 124 Workshop on how to make sauerkraut that was conducted by Ginny Kricher (far left) on October 21, 2006. Months later, thanks to the techniques learned at this workshop, a pork loin and sauerkraut dinner was held at the Nest 124 Club on May 5.
