ANest 318 Scores Big Thanks To Bingo Night

The members of Nest 318, Beaver Falls, Pa., have been working hard to promote their Nest and grow the membership. A Nest Bingo fundraiser that I attended on November 4 was a huge success and nearly a complete sell-out. In addition to Bingo, a Chinese auction also took place and included some wonderful prizes, many of which were graciously donated by local businesses.

The kitchen was open to serve up sandwiches and snacks, which also brought in plenty of revenue. Nest 318 is hoping to move Bingo to a larger room in the future in order to accommodate the anticipated growth in attendance.

A few other Nest 318 events that were held in November included a Survivor Night, Chili Cook-off, Turkey Raffle, Girls Night Out and a DJ performing on several alternating Friday nights. November also marked the beginning of the Nest’s in-house Dart League. Any members wishing to participate should contact Matt Reese at (724) 513-1086 for more information.

Other regularly scheduled activities Nest 318 has planned include Bar Bingo on Tuesdays and “Wing Night” every Wednesday from 6-10 p.m. Besides your favorite flavor of wings, the menu also includes a variety of sandwiches and side dishes. I have attended several Wing Nights already at Nest 318, and the food is excellent.

The Club quarters opens at noon on Sundays during the football season and all other days at 3 p.m.

Monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7 p.m., and all members are encouraged to attend and participate.
