By Robert Gorny, Second National Vice President
The 2007 Polonia Youth Bowling Tournament ran from February through July of this year and was held by four Polish fraternals. The four fraternals designated their organization’s vice presidents to run this first-time event. The following are the fraternals and each of their designated vice presidents. Polish Falcons of America (PFA), Robert Gorny (Tournament Chairperson); Polish Roman Catholic Union of America (PRCUA), Anna Sokolowski; Polish National Alliance (PNA), Paul Odrobina; and Polish Women’s Alliance (PWA), Sharon Zago.

The ages of the participants ranged from 3 to 18 years. This event was a great success, and these types of activities show our youth what fraternalism is all about. It was such a pleasure to be work with all of these great organizations on this tournament.
The overall results were our Junior Falcons taking first place, followed by the PNA, PWA and PRCUA. What a great job done by all of the kids.
After scores were sent in to PFA Second Vice President Robert Gorny, he was pleased to announce that the Falcons finished first and thus was given the traveling trophy.
One big reason the Falcons were awarded first was because PFA members finished first in 11 of the 16 divisions in this year’s tournament. In addition, many other members finished near the top of their respective divisions. [View Full Results]
