As you read this, Ryanna and I are in Geneva enjoying the beach and quite a few other things. I mentioned that mini golf was created for women last week. Well, Allison’s Mini Golf in Geneva is the oldest miniature golf course in the United States in continuous play! It was established in 1924.
As of Friday, June 17, there are 35 golfers and three cheerleaders registered!
Please keep in mind that only men’s sizes are being ordered for the shirts. Ladies, think of this when you mention a size please. Lorra Junk is looking forward to getting these shirts orders in; Nest 80 is very excited and prepared!

A bit of trivia!
The Ladies Professional Golf Association or LPGA was formed in 1950, with Louise Suggs, Babe Didrickson-Zaharias and Patty Berg – all stars of the LPGA doing their part to put women’s golf on the map.
The first 18-hole golf course was constructed on a sheep farm in Downer’s Grove, Illinois in 1892. Businessman and golf lover Charles Blair McDonald moved to this quaint town and began constructing the course with his colleagues. The Downer’s Grove Golf Course is still intact after all of these years, although it’s since been downsized to nine holes.
