Youth Registration

The deadline to register has been extended to March 9th!

Youth Participants:
  • Youth participants consist of Players, Chaperones (1 per 5 athletes) and Instructors
  • All rooms for youth participants will be booked by Druhna Chris.
  • Be sure to complete a rooming list.
Youth Fees:
  • Member Entry – $60 per Player, Chaperone, Instructor
  • Non-refundable Friend Fee – $70
  • Non-refundable Guest Fee – $50 (covers all meals and banquet)
To Register:
  • Email Druhna Chris with a list of participants.
  • Complete packet and mail to Polish Falcons of America, Attn. Chris Puskar, 1016 Greentree Rd., Suite 201, Pittsburgh, PA 15220.

Adult Registration

The deadline to register has been extended to March 9th!

Adult Participants:
  • Adult participants consist of Players aged 19 and up
  • Adults need to book their own room(s) and ask for the Polish Falcons room rate.
Adult Fees:
  • Member Entry – $75 per Player
  • Non-Member Fee – $80
