Single Premium Whole Life Plan: Premium is paid in one lump sum.
5-Pay Life Plan or 20-Pay Life Plan: Premiums are paid for 5 or 20 years.
Ordinary Whole Life Plan: Lowest premium permanent life insurance plan.
Final Expense Plan: Special whole life plan designed for specific ages and needs.

National Dues
The Polish Falcons of America National Board of Directors has reviewed the matter of implementing National dues for the last two years. Dues are not an unfamiliar concept within the PFA or many other fraternals, groups or clubs. In fact, dues in many organizations are a necessity to help defray the costs of providing the members the benefits they enjoy or are entitled to enjoy with membership.

National Convention
The 40th Polish Falcons of America National Convention will be held July 18 - 21, 2012 in Pittsburgh, PA.
The host hotel will be the historic Omni William Penn, conveniently located in Mellon Park near Pittsburgh’s Downtown Cultural District.
