Joseph Napiecek, National President & CEO
Joseph (Joe) joins the Polish Falcons of America as its new President, bringing more than 20 years of experience in a variety of finance and leadership roles within the financial services industry. During his career, Joe served as Chief Financial Officer of PNC Investments, PNC Merchant Services, and Brentwood Bank. He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University and Duquesne University.
A lifelong Falcon, Joe has been actively involved with PFA and Pittsburgh’s Nest 8 for many years. His volunteer service has included playing Santa at Nest 8’s annual Christmas party and running the Nest 8 bowling league, where he also holds the distinction of rolling the first 300 game in the league’s history!
Joe resides in Western Pennsylvania and, outside of work, stays busy with the activities of his two children, Vinny and Cecilia.
As President, Joe brings together his professional financial experience and lifelong connection to the Falcons as PFA begins its next chapter focused on strengthening the organization, supporting its Nests, growing membership, and carrying the Falcons’ traditions forward for future generations.
Ryan Wesolowski, National Secretary/Treasurer & CFO
Ryan joined the team at National Headquarters in February 2025 as Controller. He earned a BSBA in Accounting from Duquesne University in 2018 and has professional experience with Pittsburgh’s iconic brands, Eat’n Park and Primanti Bros. He has served as Financial Secretary of Nest 8 since 2019 and remains active in Nest life. Ryan is a 2025 graduate of the American Fraternal Alliance’s Leadership Development Series and is grounded and disciplined.
Courtney Caughey-Stambul, Vice President of Fraternal Operations
Courtney earned a degree in Professional Writing from Slippery Rock University in 2009 and will mark 16 years with PFA this March, including 14 as Communications Director and Editor of the Sokol Polski. She has carried the voice of Falcons for years, understands Falcon culture, and will continue oversight of communications and publications to keep messaging consistent. She is also a 2025 graduate of the American Fraternal Alliance’s Leadership Development Series and brings steady leadership that supports a smooth transition.
