Nest 92 Certification Program

Nest 92, Toledo, Ohio, was dissolved in 2010. At dissolution, the Nest donated its remaining funds and requested that PFA’s Scholarship Committee establish a scholarship program to support older Members.

In response, the Scholarship Committee created the Nest 92 Certification Program. This program provides financial assistance to older Members who need to complete classes, training, or certification requirements for professional development or to maintain certification in their field.

Program Criteria:

1. Must be a Falcon Member for at least two years.
2. Must be at least 25 years of age.
3. National dues must be current.
4. A grant of $250 is available to Members who need to obtain or renew a professional certification or recertification in their line of work.
5. Members may apply more than once; however, the maximum total amount a Member may receive is $250.
6. There is no specific application deadline. Requests may be submitted at any time throughout the year.
