The District Officers Form, as well as the Convention Minutes, do need to be submitted to me. Please do so at your earliest convenience.
The last date that a District was able to hold a Convention was October 1. The Conventions have been held, and the Officers elected, so please follow through. The District Officers Form is still available at https://www.polishfalcons.org/districts/.
When planning your District calendar, please be sure to schedule a Plenary Meeting date prior to March 1 in order to elect a nominee for the Board of Directors. It is a good idea to have the meeting along with another District event (bowling tournament, bingo, card party, celebration dinner, meal competition – a few suggestions).
The qualifications for the Board Directors have been sent to all Nest and District Presidents. They are also listed at https://www.polishfalcons.org/board-nominations/.
It has been requested to provide a District Plenary Meeting suggested agenda. This will be taken care of very soon and posted on our site with District Information.

The National Convention will be held in New Britain, Conn. on July 18-22, 2024. More information forthcoming.
As is usual, each Nest Financial Secretary will receive a Member Roster regarding payment of Nest (if we collect for you) and National Dues around Halloween.
There will be two copies sent to those of you who have us collect. One for you to make changes and send back to me. The other one for you to keep for your information (especially regarding Nest elections).
There is a form asking for information regarding the Nest criteria for Nest dues. Please do not write, “the same,” and return. Please look at the roster, indicate changes (if any), fill out the form and return to me by December 11.
The End of Year forms have been updated and are on our site. Visit https://www.polishfalcons.org/end-of-year-forms/ to fill out and submit online. It takes less than 20 minutes. Also (again), please do not write “same” on the forms and submit. I need updated information to be sure our records are current.
Ridiculously, there are still eight Nests who have not yet submitted the forms requested for this year. Come on! Work with us! Do the paperwork (PLEASE!!!)!
Updated Nest Rosters are uploaded to the Nest pages quarterly. These rosters now provide email addresses along with home addresses and phone numbers.
An updated Awards Roster will be emailed out in mid-January.
